I’m a Texan, a wife, and a mom.
Over the years, I’ve navigated a wild and crazy journey – both personally and professionally – and I’m here to bring YOU a new show that celebrates the POWER of sharing smiles, stories, laughs, and live music!
As a recognized ‘Woman of Influence”, (May 2024 | Cypress Lifestyle Magazine Cover), my background includes founding and cultivating CYPRESS MUSIC SCENE, singing and performing on the stages in Texas with my band HURRY SUNDOWN, curating CMS Music Fest, and using my journalistic perspective as a published music contributor in local magazines. These experiences have allowed me to see firsthand how music and storytelling can unite us.

While I might LOOK like AI, I can assure you I’m 100% human—though with my neurospicy superpowers, I often move faster than a computer program.
My expertise lies in identifying large-scale operational challenges, pinpointing their root causes, and implementing solutions before most people even realize there was an obstacle in the first place.
Before stepping into my current role, I specialized in turning around underperforming retail stores, getting them back on track, and transitioning to the next store challenge. My background also includes experience in owning small businesses within the entertainment industry, where I developed a deep understanding of the complexities of creative ventures.
Fluent in “legal-ese”, I’ve had a passion for entertainment law since the age of five—ever since my mom taught me about Tina Turner’s legal battle over keeping her name. That early curiosity turned into a lifelong fascination with the legal side of the entertainment business, ensuring that Artists and Creators protect what’s rightfully theirs.
TiCo Tidbit: I have a powerful signature according to the state I reside in, in 2 different ways.
Now, as the Director of Operations & Production for Joyce Behind The Mic™, I thrive behind the scenes, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently—because even if I seem like AI, “It Was TiCo”.
